WHAT IS EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE?

  • Regular wear and tear resulting from product use
  • Improper use, negligence, mishandling, and accidents not covered by the warranty
  • Usage of the product for purposes other than its intended use
  • Damage caused by unauthorized or improper repair or maintenance
  • Modification or alteration of the product

Defective Goods – within 28 days from the date of Purchase
If the goods are found to be defective upon arrival, customers have a 28-calendar day period to submit a complaint for a refund or exchange. Returns will only be processed under the terms of the Manufacturer’s Warranty if no complaint is submitted within the specified time frame.

Defective Goods – After  28 days from the date of Purchase

If the goods are found to be defective after  28-calendar day period .Please Contact us  to submit a complaint  and we will provide you with an RA( Return Authority ) Form for the defective  product to be directly sent to the manufacturer  for warranty claim  at customer expences to arrange for Exchange or refund as per Manufacturer Policy at that time  . Please note Manufacturer say in this matter will be final .

Hardware/Manufacturer Warranty Guidelines

All hardware products purchased directly from anishshinde.com.au are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the designated website of the chosen hardware brand/product for the relevant warranty policy. Products returned after 28 calendar days will be processed according to the manufacturer’s warranty coverage and will be shipped directly to the manufacturer for a replacement. Return Tips

We recommend using a postal service that offers proof of delivery and provides compensation insurance for lost or damaged goods, as returns are not our responsibility until they are back in our possession.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once the fault has been identified and verified, anishshinde.com.au will authorize a replacement or issue a full refund to the customer using the original payment method.

Please note that returns beyond the 28-calendar day period can only be replaced. Refunds cannot be claimed due to the time elapsed.
